Service Description

Feeling stuck or overwhelmed with no clear path forward? The Clarity Session is a focused, one-on-one session designed to help you organize your thoughts, pinpoint your next steps, and regain clarity. Whether you're navigating a career transition, facing personal challenges, or seeking a fresh outlook, this session offers a supportive, judgment-free space to explore your priorities and create actionable goals. Clarity Sessions are NOT therapy, open for any individual male or female.


Cancellation Policy

Please cancel within 24 hours. You will be assessed a $25 fee for not cancelling and or full session price if within 2 hours of session. We understand life happens so please call your therapist if you need to cancel less than 24 hours. If you are late for a session (10 minutes allotted) please note that time is still counted towards your allotted time, as each client deserves to have their therapist on time. If you are a no call no show and/or our office does not hear from you, you will be charged for your full session. Balance must be paid prior to rescheduling a new session. If you reschedule you must confirm the reschedule date and time. All trainings and The Jar Coffee & Convo are non refundable. Please understand this is an independently ran private practice. We thank you for understanding this practice policy and guidelines.

If you or someone you know are in a crisis situation and need immediate assistance, please call 9-1-1.

Let the 9-1-1 operator know if there is a mental/emotional health crisis or safety concern so that they can dispatch the appropriate personnel.

 

If you are concerned that someone you know may be in crisis, you can call local law enforcement and ask for a "welfare (or wellness) check," and they will send an officer to see if the person is in danger. BE SPECIFIC on your call with 9-1-1
