Cancellation Policy

Policies & Participation Guidelines Thank you for choosing Karen Miller. Every service is thoughtfully prepared, and your scheduled time is reserved exclusively for you, your organization, or your group. These policies help ensure professionalism and respect for everyone's time. Clinical Services Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. • Less than 24 hours' notice: $50 late cancellation fee • Cancellations within 2 hours of your appointment or no-call/no-show appointments will be charged the full session fee • Clients arriving more than 9 minutes late may need to reschedule. If the session continues, it will end at the scheduled time. • Outstanding balances must be paid before future appointments may be scheduled. Emergencies happen. If an unexpected circumstance arises, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered at the provider's discretion. Speaking, Consulting & Leadership Services Speaking engagements, consulting, executive coaching, leadership retreats, and organizational trainings require advance planning. Deposits are non-refundable once services are confirmed. Date changes will be accommodated when possible based on availability. Customized preparation, travel expenses, and materials already incurred are non-refundable. Don't Forget to Pour™ Registration for Don't Forget to Pour™ experiences, workshops, and retreats is non-refundable due to limited seating and advance planning. Registrations may be transferred to another participant when permitted. Clinical Supervision & Preceptorship Fees become non-refundable once services begin. Cancellations before the start date are subject to a $250 administrative fee. Payment Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise outlined in a signed agreement or invoice.
